What: This OMBC series race is open to anyone whether you’ve competed in a previous OMBC race or not. Racers will only compete against other riders their own age and skill level from beginner to pro.

Separate classes for Women and Clydesdale (200lbs +).
Classes: All OMBC race divisions . 

The Course: Dillon Rocks! You want technical tough, knee busting rock gardens? Come to Dillon Fest. The race starts with a paved prolog before diving into the pure singletrack for the entire race loop. Climbing? Not a ton on this course but it does have a short steep sled hill climb, a hike a bike and a few other sections to keep you honest.

Men's Expert, Vet Open, Singlespeed - 2 Big laps  - 29 miles

Women’s Expert - 1 Big lap and 1 Beginner lap – 24 miles

All Sport divisions - 1 Big lap – 14.5 miles

Beginner – 1 Beginner lap – 9.5 miles

Note: The Beginner lap does NOT include the expert (red) sections included in the sport and Expert classes. Those sections will be signed for Novice racers. 

What to Bring: Helmets required. Suggested items would include a water bottle, gloves, and eyewear. Please check to make sure your bike is in good mechanical condition or stop by Southside Cycling in Zanesville for a safety check.
 
Rewards: Based on OMBC payout chart: see “information” at www.OMBC.net

Pro/Expert/Vet Open: 100%-85% Cash Payback
Sport: 50% Cash Payback
Novice: Prizes
 
All racers will receive a state ranking posted to the official website of the Ohio State Series at www.ombc.net. Results will be reported to the Zanesville Times Recorder.
 

Entry Fee: $30, card carrying OMBA members $25, Novice JH and HS just $10

Note: If you do not already have an OMBC number plate, they are available at registration. There is a $5 refundable deposit required.

OVER 60 Kids 12 and under finished in 2008!

OMBC Kids Race Information: Kids 12 and under races will begin at High Noon. Kids will be grouped as follows:

Ages 5-6 and Ages 7-8 will follow an easy one mile short track course around along the mowed beginner's loop that will begin and end under the OMBC start/finish banner.   

Ages 9-10, 11-12 will follow a slightly longer loop that begins along the one mile short track course but incudes a portion of more technical singletrack, ending and finishing at the OMBC start/finish Banner.

OMBC Kids races are free, however, a $5 contribution is appreciated. All finishers will receive OMBC finishers medals. Helmets and signed waiver's are required.

From I-70, follow SR146 WEST to Dillon State Park
